“What’s most intriguing?” has become one of my favorite questions.
People don’t ask this question very often, so it always seems to trigger a thoughtful pause followed by a response that comes from a deeper place.
Because it’s unexpected, our brain doesn’t handle it in a routine manner, and it has to look elsewhere to respond. We don’t get a programmed response that’s hardwired into our brain.
And this question almost always provides a very interesting or intriguing response. It’s a great way to tap into the wisdom of others and in yourself too.
We also believe the questions we are asking at Exploring Forward-Thinking Workplaces™ have the same effect.
We just published our 26th interview this year. And like all the other interviews, there are many intriguing responses that you likely won’t find anywhere else.
In our latest interview with Dr. Ken Manning, author of Invisible Power and President at Insight Principles, Ken shares a great question and some ideas on how we can tap into this innate wisdom that’s a part of all of us in a more powerful way.
Discover some intriguing ideas here in our interview with Ken: What does the wisdom in me move me to do right now?
Then please leave a comment or email me to let me know what you found most intriguing in the interview.
To your great work life & success!
